How to manage your calendar

Artists have a Calendar feature to let them manage their online live project slots.

How to access to Calendar

  1. Click your Account picture icon on the top navigation
  2. Click "Calendar"
  3. Click a slot to access booking information (click the slot > click again the pop-up title)

In the pop-up box on the right side bar, artists will find the key information per show slow:

  • Show date and time (your time zone)
  • Slot Google Meet link
  • Booking confirmed
  • # of available seats

Each project slot has a unique Google Meet link. Please make sure to click the right slot before your show starts to open a Google Meet. All the availabilities artists created on Availability will be synced with their Google Calendar as well.

How to add new availabilities

Artists can add new dates and time per online live project anytime by visiting "Availability"

  1. Go to "Your listing" > click "Manage availability"
  2. Sign-in to your Google account
  3. Add new dates and time
  4. Attractr will generate a unique Google Meet video link per availability artist creates. Artist can access these new link in the Calendar.

IMPORTANT!

  • Artists have to sign-in to Google to add Availability, manage Calendar, and host an online live show on Google Meet. Make sure to use the same Google account (gmail) that used to add "Availabilities" when opening "Calendar" and Google Meet.
Manage your bookings via Inbox

All the booking requests and messages with audiences are happening and archived in "Received" tab on Attractr's Inbox. Audiences can contact you directly once they sent a booking request.

Responsible host

  • Artists need to accept a booking request to confirm the payment by audience within two days. After two days without accepting the request, it will be expired automatically. Go to Message > Received to accept booking.
  • Once a booking request confirmed, Attractr sends a confirmation and reminder messages to each audience with a video link, payment receipt and project date and time.
  • Even though Attractr sends the notification message to each audiences, we highly recommend artists to write a personal note to each audience before and after a show.
Stay up-to-date and be responsible

In order to attract more bookings and get more supports from audiences, it's vital for artists to stay up to date and be responsible for their shows by building relationships with audiences. It may be a small gesture sending a personal message to audience or thank you note after a show, but it can make a huge impact at the end.

Attract more bookings

  • Having consistant schedule and available date/time is important to increase your booking sales. Having at least 5 availabilities per week is strongly suggested for your signature project.

Keep in mind

  • Always check inbox on Attractr.
  • You need to accept a booking request to confirm the payment by audience within two days. After two days without accepting the request, it will be expired automatically. Go to Message > Received to accept booking.
  • Always add availabilities one-two months ahead
  • Connect with your google account (personal or G Suite) to connect all availabilities to Calendar
  • Write a personal message to audiences before and after their booking
  • A feature of a bulk message feature to all audiences at once will be available in a near future. For now, artists have to write a message to each audience.
