Once you pick a date and time, send a booking request. When an artist accepts your booking request, your payment will be confirmed. All information, online live entertainment link, receipt, or how to join guide, will be then sent to your inbox.
All online live entertainment will be hosted on Google Meet. Make sure that your internet connection is stable and strong, prepare items written on "What to bring" section, and ready to click the video link. Please note that you need to log in to your google account to open a Google Meet.
To grow Attractr community, support circus artists with services we provide, and operate the platform, we charge a 10% commission from audiences.
Attractr is designed to give circus artists a responsibility and creative control to grow. Each artist is required to manage their own calendar and bookings. Currently, all bookings are request base: once artists accept your booking request, your payment will be proceeded. If an artist doesn't accept your booking request in 2 days, it will automatically be expired and you won't be charged. You can directly communicate with an artist to book a new date.
You will receive a message to your inbox with a video link once your booking is confirmed. Or go to Inbox > Sent > Click a booking thread. In the dashboard, you will find the video link, payment receipt, and features to add the event to your calendar or send an invite to your guests. You can write to the artist directly if you have any question.
All online live entertainment is hosted on Google Meet, a video-communication app developed by Google. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message with an event link and receipt. Please note that you are required to log-in Google in order to join the event. If you don't have a Google account, please sign-up from here. Make sure you have a good internet connection, and click the event link at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
When you pick a date and time, you can select a number of guest. Once your booking is confirmed, then you can send the event link to your friends . Go to Inbox, and find the event page on "My requests". You will find "Share with others" or "Add to your calendar" features.
For a full refund, cancel within 24 hours of purchase. Audiences still can cancel the booking after 24 hours of purchase, however, a fee applied to the booking will be charged. Learn more
